A word from our creator

Mark, the founder of MAINTAIN, built this community out of personal experience with lifelong weight struggles. After trying every possible method—from diets and calorie counting to exercise and supplements—he found success through weight loss injections, losing over 4 stone. Recognising the cost and uncertainty of long-term use, Mark created MAINTAIN: a support network for people who want to preserve results and transition into lasting, healthy habits—together.

Mark is a registered Medical Associate Practitioner and has a Masters by Research degree in Health.
